Year-End Evaluation at her school

I decided to tell my boss that I will leave the job! I told my boss that I will ‘leave’ the ‘baby’ that I ‘gave’ birth. He told me: “It is OK. I will find a better person than you” – I was sad that he did spend a second to ask for the reason and he just has accepted it verbally without doing any proper people management sessions. He did not regret at all about that and especially how he treated me afterward. Fim was not happy for a while of listening to the song “Today, I am sad” and she could sing that song as well so I decided to do something for Fim.

My Vitamin Love. Will we kiss like this after 10 and 20 years? I have been very busy of starting a new adventure and everyday I goes home. we have our daddy and daughter moments together. She knows I love her the most in my life? 🙂

A new place for us. I love drinking coffee and I prefer the most to enjoy coffee at a quiet place. We have found a new place in Danang where I can enjoy a coffee while she can enjoy playing with sands.

The quality time before a few weeks away from her. This will be the very first time that I will be away from her for almost 3 weeks. I will miss her badly.

2nd Year taking swimming classes. For 1.5 month of 2 times per week, I will accompany Fim taking her swimming classes and here this is the result.

We went swimming in the fall 🙂 The first time, I drove that far of about 3 hours from our city passing 3 tunnels. We enjoyed the camping and camp-fire in the evening and in the morning we both love to put ourselves in cold water with strong flows 🙂

International Kid’s Day. Does Fim like reading? 🙂 I don’t know – we have bought her many books but she always read them for a few days 🙂 but it is ok.

Happy Father’s day! Yesterday, I showed this photo first to my Fim and she asked me: “who is this bro, dad?” I was smiling to tell her “bạn Xuân Huy” and she smiled with her dimpled (lovely). She mostly answers: “bạn Xuân Huy” whenever I ask her “who is dad?” – read till the last about this…

I then visited my dad and my mum in the afternoon. My dad looked at this photo and told me about him when he was young… then, he was asking me about Facebook  and I showed him how he can see me on Facebook after we have become “friends”… like me and Fim “offline”  when I got home, I saw 10+ likes from him on my posts… a new follower?!

A bit different, my mum looked at my photo: “Wow, the time has flown by so quick” and she asked me to put it in a photo frame for her. She had kept my cap  in the photo for more than 30 years before giving it to Fim a few years ago.

Good to be a friend of your daughter and your dad, is not it?

Almost Tet, lunar new year! Fim visited my workplace and she liked it.

It hurts to let go, but sometimes it hurts more to hold on. Fim would be proud of her dad because her dad decided to let go to keep positive mind to care and grow her.

When there is a will, there will be a way. Whenever I see this, I let go what has impacted to me negatively and feel freely to move on.

First summer holiday as a student.
