Have you had a habit of feeling disappointed after receiving suggestions to improve?
First, I want to discuss the feeling; healthy negative feelings, and unhealthy negative feelings. Healthy negative feelings consist of:
- Sad (buồn)
- Worried (lo)
- Disappointed (thất vọng)
And unhealthy negative feelings:
- Depressive (trầm cảm)
- Anxiety (lo âu)
- Angry (tức giận)
As human beings, we are very naturally expressing healthy negative feelings; however, if we don’t control these (called: emotional control), then we tend to develop new habits of growing unhealthy negative feelings of: depressive / anxiety / angry. That means we don’t feel good of themselves anymore when we have these habits.
