We had our first company staff meeting and we have defined these ‘survival’ measurements for this year:
- Paying monthly salary on time (last working day of the month)
- Paying Tet bonus on time (10th of January)
- Having rooms for the year-end bonus (outstanding performance)

and these are also important goals:
- Stable team
- Continuity of projects
- Process / WOW is ready: 6 years+ in 1 year
- Concrete sales opportunities for 2020
