We had our first company staff meeting and we have defined these ‘survival’ measurements for this year:

  1. Paying monthly salary on time (last working day of the month)
  2. Paying Tet bonus on time (10th of January)
  3. Having rooms for the year-end bonus (outstanding performance)

  • Stable team
  • Continuity of projects
  • Process / WOW is ready: 6 years+ in 1 year
  • Concrete sales opportunities for 2020
